General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern platform subscriptions for organizations and professional licenses for the Immersio service, published by AL Technologies, 50 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris (SIRET 982 128 720 00017). The service is intended exclusively for business customers (training organizations, independent trainers, companies, schools); it is not offered to consumers.
1. Scope
- Organization platform: subscription to the Immersio management and authoring workspace, purchased by professionals (training organizations, trainers, companies) on
app-immersio.altechnologies.fr. - Professional licenses: licenses to integrate Immersio scenarios into the customer's learning system or portal (SCORM/xAPI, embed), on quote.
2. Organization platform subscription
The platform subscription (Starter plan and higher plans) grants access to the Immersio management workspace: AI authoring studio, your scenarios, classes, learners, progress tracking and training documents (certificates, reports, attendance sheets).
- Pricing: billed per active seat. An active seat is an account (manager, author or learner) provisioned and not deactivated in the workspace, whether or not it logs in. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT at the applicable rate (20%) is added. The applicable price is the one displayed on the Pricing page at the time of subscription.
- Trial: the Starter plan includes a free 7-day trial, with no payment card required. During the trial, AI authoring is limited to 3 scenario generations and SCORM/xAPI export is not available. To continue after the trial, the organization adds a payment method from its workspace; otherwise, the subscription is automatically cancelled at the end of the trial and workspace access is suspended (data is retained).
- Billing: monthly after the trial, by payment card via Stripe. Payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe and is not stored by AL Technologies. The billed quantity reflects the number of active seats over the period. An invoice is issued at each billing cycle.
- AI authoring credits: each AI authoring operation consumes credits, the number of which is shown before confirmation (as a guide, 1 credit per generated scene, visual included). The Starter plan includes 10 credits per active seat each month, with a minimum of 50 credits; unused included credits carry over to the following month only, then expire. Additional credit packs can be purchased; they are valid for 12 months from purchase and are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. Quote-based plans may provide other usage terms, set out in the quote.
- Cancellation: the organization may cancel at any time from its workspace. Access is maintained until the end of the current period; no refund of the current period is due, except where mandated by law. At expiry, workspace access is suspended, data is retained, and access can be reactivated by taking out a plan again.
- Scope: SCORM/xAPI export is not included in the Starter plan (available on the Small Business, Enterprise and Creator plans). Higher plans are subject to a quote and specific terms.
- Data: the organization is the data controller for its learners' data; Immersio / AL Technologies acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR in providing the service, in accordance with the privacy policy.
3. Professional licenses
B2B licenses are offered in the following forms:
- SCORM/xAPI License: integration into a third-party LMS via downloadable package.
- Embed License: integration as an iframe in the client's portal.
- Mixed License: both modes above.
The license is assigned by name or limited to a maximum number of learners, for one or more scenarios specified at the time of order, and for a specified duration. The precise terms (number of learners, scenarios, duration, price) are defined in the purchase order or invoice.
4. License financial terms
Licenses are paid in full upon order (payment card via Stripe) or on invoice (bank transfer, 30 days net). Any late payment will, after formal notice, incur interest at the legal rate plus 10 points and a fixed recovery fee of €40 (art. L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code).
5. Warranties and Support
The Publisher warrants that the service conforms to its published description. In case of malfunction, support can be reached at privacy@altechnologies.fr. Warranties of fitness for a particular use not explicitly provided for are excluded.
6. Force Majeure
The Publisher shall not be liable for non-performance resulting from force majeure as defined in article 1218 of the Civil Code (including: major third-party infrastructure outages, large-scale cyberattacks, health crisis affecting operations).
7. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. A data processing agreement (DPA) can be put in place upon request to privacy@altechnologies.fr.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
