How to launch your training offer with Immersio

Launching a training offer starts with a simple question: what will your learners be able to do when they leave that they couldn't do when they arrived? This guide shows how Immersio helps you answer it with role-play simulations, produce your first content without an external studio, and deliver it to your first clients.

In short

To launch a training offer with Immersio, start from three to six workplace situations your learners need to master. Describe them to Immersio's scenario generation engine, which turns them into playable serious games; review them, combine them into learning paths and assign them to your classes. The platform costs €14.90 per active seat per month (Starter plan), with a 7-day free trial and no credit card required.

Key points

  • Start from the workplace situations your learners must handle, not from a list of chapters.
  • Immersio's scenario generation engine produces a first playable version of each scenario; you review it and refine it with your expertise.
  • You deliver from your workspace (classes, learning paths, tracking), and every session leaves a record: certificates, reports, attendance sheets.
  • Immersio replaces neither your expertise nor the administrative steps of running a training business.

Where should you start when building a training offer?

Many training offers begin with a table of contents: definitions, principles, best practices. The problem is that a learner will never meet a “principle” at work. They will meet an unhappy customer, a colleague who challenges a decision, an urgent request that doesn't fit the procedure.

Before opening any tool, list the concrete situations your audience needs to handle. For each one, write down what makes it difficult (time pressure, a hostile counterpart, two rules that contradict each other) and what a good response changes for the business. That list becomes both your sales pitch and the backbone of your scenarios.

  • Three to six situations are enough for a first module.
  • Each situation needs a real dilemma: if the right answer is obvious, the exercise teaches nothing.
  • Keep the vocabulary of the target job: that is what makes the simulation credible.

How do you produce your first training scenarios?

In the Immersio studio, you describe a situation in a few sentences: the context, the learner's role, what is at stake. Immersio's scenario generation engine, powered by artificial intelligence, turns it into a playable serious game: scenes, dialogue, choices, and gauges that move with each decision. You choose the level and the number of scenes.

This first draft is not the end product. You review it in the editor as you would review an assistant's work: you fix a line of dialogue that sounds wrong, you adjust the score of a choice or its effect on the gauges. You can also ask the engine to improve the scenario from a specific instruction. On key decisions, Immersio adds short learning resources the learner can read before deciding.

The cost of creation is shown before you click: each generated scene uses one credit, visual included. A 10-scene scenario therefore costs 10 credits. During the 7-day free trial, creation is limited to 3 generations.

Which formats should you offer: online, blended or classroom?

Once your scenarios are ready, you combine them into ordered learning paths. The same path can serve several formats:

  • Fully online: learners play the scenarios at their own pace, on computer or mobile, and receive a personalised debrief after each run.
  • Blended: the scenarios prepare or extend a classroom day. You arrive already knowing where each learner hesitated.
  • Group facilitation: you project a scenario, the room makes each decision, then you discuss the consequences.

If your clients have their own LMS, SCORM / xAPI export lets you integrate your scenarios there. It is included in the Small Business and Enterprise plans and available as an option on Starter (see the pricing page).

How do you deliver the training and track progress?

In your training provider workspace, you create one class per group of learners, set the access dates and assign the learning path. Learners are invited by email and sign in with a code, without having to create a password.

During the course, the dashboard shows completion, average score, score distribution and the learners who need support. Each learner has a skills profile comparing their measured level with the target.

At the end, the tracking documents are generated from the workspace: certificates, reports, signed attendance sheets, training agreements, plus a follow-up evaluation at 90 days. Your clients will ask you for these documents anyway.

How much does the platform cost, and how should you price your offer?

Your platform cost on the Starter plan is €14.90 per seat per month, up to 100 active accounts. A seat is an active account in your workspace, whether or not it logs in: remember to deactivate the accounts of learners whose course has ended.

The cost is therefore proportional to your activity, which makes margins easy to calculate: for a group of 12 learners followed for two months, the platform share is 12 × €14.90 × 2 = €357.60. Your selling price remains yours: it pays for your expertise, your facilitation and your support, which the tool does not replace.

What Immersio does not do for you

  • Define your expertise and positioning: the engine structures a scenario; it does not know your clients better than you do.
  • The administrative steps of a French training provider (registering the activity with the DREETS, eligibility for OPCO or CPF funding): these are separate procedures.
  • Teach technical skills that require physical practice: Immersio trains decision-making and behaviour in realistic situations.
  • Immersio is designed for the French market: scenarios are currently generated in French, and the prices and legal references in this guide apply to France. The platform interface itself is available in English.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to design a serious game to launch my offer?

No. You describe the situation to practise and Immersio's scenario generation engine builds its structure (scenes, choices, consequences). Your job is to check that the situation is realistic and that the right answers match what you teach.

Can other training providers see my scenarios?

No. The scenarios you create stay private to your organisation: only your authors, your managers and the learners you assign them to can access them.

Can I try before committing?

Yes. Creating an account starts a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, including 3 scenario generations to judge the result on your own topic.

Can several people work on the content?

Yes. You can invite authors to your workspace. They get access to the studio to create and edit scenarios, without access to billing or learner management.

Test it on your own topic

Create your account, describe a situation your learners face, and judge the scenario you get. 7-day trial, no credit card required.
